Rev. Dermont Crabtree

Bro. Dermont Crabtree serves as the Assistant Pastor for the Young At Heart Ministry since August, 2005.  He and his wife, Norma, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in April, 2006 and have two daughters, Tracy and Heather.  Bro. Dermont was saved March, 1987 and surrendered to preach February, 2000.  He was educated through Liberty University's Home Bible Institute, Lynchburg, Va, Friendship Bible Institute, Elon, NC and holds an Administrator/Principal Certificate from Accelerated Christian Education, Lewisville, Tx.  Bro. Dermont was the Principal of Friendship Christian School in Elon, NC for 7 1\2 years.  He has also been heavily involved in teaching Adult Sunday School, missions and soul winning visitation programs for many years.
